About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of yh.media and to text messages sent by YH Inc., operating as YH Media (“YH Media”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you hire us, the written agreement for your project governs those services.
Text messaging terms
Program
YH Media Text Messages. YH Media sends two kinds of text messages, and you choose which you receive:
- Inquiry and scheduling texts: replies to your inquiry, call scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-ups about your project. Frequency varies with your conversation.
- Marketing texts: agency news, offers and new work, up to 4 messages a month.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the matching checkbox on our website contact form and giving your mobile number, or by agreeing verbally on a call with our team. Consent is optional and never a condition of purchase. After you opt in, we send a confirmation text.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We’ll send one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then you’ll receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again on our website.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers
Wireless carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission.
Privacy
We never share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about YH Media and contact us. Don’t misuse it, including by trying to break its security, scraping it at scale or submitting false information.
Content and trademarks
The YH Media name, logo, site design and original content belong to YH Inc. Creator names, channels and show artwork shown on this site belong to their owners and appear to show work we have done with them. You may not copy or reuse any of it without permission.
Third-party links
This site links to other platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
This site and its content are provided “as is”. Figures such as views, followers and reach are as reported by the platforms and aren’t a guarantee of results for any client. To the extent the law allows, YH Media isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
